Read the extract below. It is from a leaflet which is trying to persuade people of the advantages of cycling for their health. Now think of one sport which you think is good for your health. Write a similar extract to be included in a doctor's leaflet which aims to make people healthier. Use the `Cycling' text as a model for your extract.
