Aerobics on a saddle
Having stamina, the ability to keep the body going, means heaving efficient muscles, good circulation and strong heart. Exercises, which are good for building stamina, involve moving your arms or legs rhythmically. This creates a demand for oxygen, so the heart works a little harder, and the lungs are fully used. They pump oxygen into the bloodstream, so that it passes through the heart and reaches the working muscles. Sometimes this is called aerobic exercise, and cycling is an excellent form of aerobics.
